If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.

The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.  Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below.

If you ordered through a special promotion, such as free shipping, and return your order, our initial shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. If your order is returned to us as undeliverable, our full shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
